By downloading or using the Slí Mór app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

3. Your Account

You must be 13 years or older to use Slí Mór. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of trails, photos, and other content you create. By uploading content, you grant Slí Mór a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store that content for the purposes of operating the service.

You must not upload content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on the intellectual property of others
• False, misleading, or dangerous trail information

5. Safety Disclaimer

Slí Mór provides trail information for recreational use. Trail conditions can change rapidly. Always check local conditions before setting out. You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of those in your group. Slí Mór is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of trail information provided in the app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Harass or abuse other users

7. Subscriptions

Some features of Slí Mór require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slí Mór is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
